Refund and return policy

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be in good, original condition and returned in its original packaging.
• A return box is included with your order to facilitate the return process.

The ANDUSLIM unit must be clean, undamaged, and fully functional to be eligible for a return. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or only partially refunded.

Examples of unacceptable damage include:

• Tears or holes in the surface of the device
• Stains or discolouration caused by spills or improper cleaning
• Excessive wear or damage to the casing
• Broken or non-functioning components (e.g. vibration motors or controls)

All accessories originally supplied with the ANDUSLIM unit must also be returned in their original packaging and in good condition.

Accessories include:

• Controls
• Adapter
• Power plug
• User manual

If any accessories are missing, ANDUSLIM reserves the right to:

• Request that the customer send the missing items at their own expense, or
• Deduct the value of the missing items from the amount to be refunded.

You can initiate your return by contacting our customer service at info@anduslim.com. Through the return portal you can:

• Register your return
• Download a return label
• View shipping instructions

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 business days via the original payment method.

The 14-day return period must not be exceeded. The specific return deadline is stated in your communication with HHP or on the return portal. Please ensure your return request is submitted within this period for correct processing.
